We have had so much heavy rainfall in the last few days. In between storms, I have been walking round the garden taking photos of raindrops. But what’s that got to do with reflections? Look in the raindrops ……….
You can actually get quite a good idea of what our garden looks like, albeit upside down, a bit distorted and in miniature! But it’s all there – hidden on our ripening redcurrants, a stem of our grape vine and on the spur of an aquilegia flower!
Here are some more beautiful raindrops I’ve photographed in the past in our garden, clinging to flowers, leaves and cobwebs.
- Raindrops on a cobweb
- Fine drizzle had settled on these cobwebs ……….
- ……….. collecting and growing into larger drops
