I am just a microscopically tiny grain of sand, “a drop in the ocean”, in this vast, vast universe which has already existed for longer than I can grasp, and contains more drops of water and grains of sand than I can begin to imagine. How insignificant I am.

AND YET – God (as Father, Christ and Holy Spirit) is the centre, the core of my being, this minute grain of sand. God is moving within me, continuing the work of creating me in his image and likeness. I am uniquely significant within this vast eternity – and SO ARE YOU.
