An unexpected treat on our return to Harwich after a wonderful campervan holiday in Norway with Felicity. With a few hours of daylight to spend after the ferry reached Harwich, we watched the moon rise over the North Sea in a pink sky, while behind us, inland, the sun went down in glory behind colourful beach huts. We thought the show was over as we drove inland to stop for the night – but passing near the port, we saw this beautful sight. An hour after sunset, there was still so much colour left in the sky which was reflected in the water but with the reflected port lights as well, the view was breathtaking.

All right – I know these photos don’t have any reflections, but having mentioned the beach huts, I thought I would sneak in a couple of extra photos!
Lovely memories! Michael
