GOOD FRIDAY GARDEN

Following the example of Liz Hicks, my cousin in Deal, I’ve now made my “Easter Garden” in our front garden. Actually, it’s a Good Friday Garden at the moment.
I have used stones, fossils and rocks, old bits of wood and fir cones that I’ve collected on my travels around the world over many years. I’ve made the crosses from apple tree prunings from the garden. So it’s brought together different aspects of my life as well as many friends and memories as I think about all those who are sharing in the sufferings of Jesus at this time.

In the meantime, we wait as we walk the path to Calvary, through death and then beyond to the tomb during these difficult days ……….
